Return of Goods & Refunds Policy
Notification of intent to return or exchange goods purchased should be made to us within 7 days of receipt of goods. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will exchange goods provided these goods are returned to us by Tracked Courier Service, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all labels intact. You, the purchaser, will be responsible for return postage and for costs to post any replacement goods back to you.

Domestic: Flat rate Australia wide $13.50`/ cart. Please allow up to 2-7 business days from dispatch to delivery. If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe, we will contact you via email and advise you of the expected dispatch date. Orders will be sent via Australia Post’s Parcel Post. Urgent orders may be shipped for an additional $5.00. Australia Post are currently reviewing their delivery commitments. When delivery commitments are altered by Australia Post, they will be amended in this policy document.
International: We are in the process of adding additional countries. International purchases up to AUD100 will be charged AUD19.90 for postage. International purchases over AUD100 will be shipped for free.
If your order is not received after 30 working days please notify us. We will attempt to track your order and will advise you on the status of the parcel’s delivery. If your parcel is not traced within a further 30 days you will be compensated for the value of your purchase or, if you wish, replacement goods can be sent.
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
All prices of products advertised on the website are in Australian dollars and do not include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). The GST of 10%. is added to the amount due and shipping costs prior to payment.
