Our aim is to deliver seed stock that can measurably improve the fibre of your herd.
In order to achieve our aims as seed-stock producers we utilise the experience of Justin Weaver, our breeding consultant. His 16 years experience as a fully qualified wool classer, including 7 years as stud manager of Halcyon Alpacas, enables us to select, measure and implement our breeding program.
This has enabled us to "prescription mate", and take the guesswork out of our breeding program, providing you with proven and consistent genetic gain.
As well as using other Peruvian bloodlines we have recently, in partnership with Fiona Ward (Achnacone Alpaca Stud), purchased Jolimont Giovanni (image above).
We have been delighted with Giovanni's cria and feel we are well on our way to achieving our aim.
